SAMPADA

Everything an institution owns, from the day it is indented to the day it is condemned and disposed — with an AI layer that tells you what breaks next and what expires soon.

The problem it solves

A register in one office, a spreadsheet in another, and a warranty nobody can find.

Most multi-branch institutions know roughly what they own. They rarely know where it is, what it is worth today, who signed for it, whether it is still under warranty, or which licence lapses next month. That gap shows up as duplicate purchases, failed audits and machines that die without a service contract.

SAMPADA holds one record per asset, from indent to disposal — and every officer sees only their slice of it.

Core modules

Seven modules, one record.

01New item entry

Catalogue, categories and specifications, so two branches order the same thing by the same name.

02Procurement

Vendor master, quotation comparison, approval matrix, GRN matching against the PO, GST and TDS handled.

03Stock management

Central and branch stock positions, reorder levels, and movement history that reconciles.

04Stock issue

Issue to a branch, a department or a named officer, with acknowledgement and transfer trail.

05Asset inventory

QR-tagged assets, depreciation schedules, book value, location and full transfer history.

06Invoice & document

Purchase invoices, delivery notes and warranty documents attached to the asset they belong to.

07Repair & AMC

Complaint logging, service history, AMC coverage and cost per asset over its life.

AlsoLicence & warranty

Software licences, AMCs and warranties with 90, 60 and 30-day expiry reminders to the right officer.

The AI engine

Five models, each answering a question a storekeeper actually asks.

  • Demand forecasting. What each branch will need next quarter, before it runs out.
  • Failure probability. Which machines are most likely to fail, ranked by risk and age.
  • Licence utilisation. What is expiring, and what you pay for but nobody uses.
  • Procurement anomalies. Unusual pricing, vendor concentration or approval patterns, flagged early.
  • Reorder recommendations. Quantities and timing, not just a low-stock alert.
